1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WatchItDraw at watchitdraw.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on the user's behalf.

2. Description of Service

WatchItDraw provides a browser-based AI drawing animation tool that generates stroke-by-stroke drawing animations based on user-provided text prompts or uploaded images. The service includes both free and paid features.

3. User Accounts

An account is not required for basic use. If you choose to create an account:

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have your parent or guardian create one for you.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at watchitdraw@gmail.com.

4. Drawing Credits

• Free users receive a limited number of credits upon first use.
• Additional credits may be purchased in packs through Stripe.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once used to generate drawings.
• Unused credits do not expire for account holders. Credits stored in browser local storage are tied to that browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and pack sizes with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WatchItDraw only for lawful, personal, educational, and creative purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit prompts or upload images designed to generate sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent the content filtering systems of WatchItDraw or its AI providers.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to consume credits or generate drawings at scale without our express written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Use the service in any way that interferes with its normal operation or that harms other users.

6. Content Ownership

Your Drawings

The drawing animations you generate on WatchItDraw using your prompts are yours to use for personal, educational, and non-commercial creative purposes. You may download, share, print, and use the generated GIFs and images freely. For commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing terms.

Our Service

WatchItDraw, its design, code, branding, and documentation are owned by WatchItDraw and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our service or its components.

7. Uploaded Images

If you use the image upload feature, you represent that you have the right to upload and process the image. Do not upload images of other people without their consent or copyrighted images you do not have rights to. Uploaded images are processed temporarily during your session and are not retained on our servers afterward.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WatchItDraw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchItDraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of WatchItDraw at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WatchItDraw shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
